Club Crisps

Kellogg's Club Crackers

When Kellogg's told us they were launching Club Crisps, a new type of cracker built for solo snacking- naturally, we thought of times when you're snacking alone but with your best friend: your dog who just wants a little taste too.

The best clubs are the ones where
you're totally free to  be yourself.

Ok, I'm going to spill some tea on this one:  people kind of hated it but not for the reasons you might think. It really pissed some people off that she never gives the Club Crisp to the dog. I remember reading angry Youtube comments when it first came out. However, the fact that the dog was even allowed on the couch was a last-minute decision on set because, maybe understandably so, the client was hesitant to show the new product being eaten by the dog. If it were up to me though, things would have played out a little differently, but it also goes to show how important it is to ask the right questions during testing, like  "Did it personally offend and enrage you when the dog did not get the snack in the end?"
